How Innova built a trusted marketplace for assets as different as gold and coffee

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Innova is a Brazilian financial technology company that operates a digital asset marketplace. It connects entrepreneurs and companies with investors, turning real-world assets into tokenized investment opportunities that can be owned, tracked and traded. The platform is Brazil-first, with expansion into further markets planned.

Its catalogue is broad. Listed opportunities span physical gold, several grades of export coffee, luxury vehicles, car-rental fleet financing, rare earths and mining, large-scale infrastructure, equity in operating companies, education, and community and social-impact projects, with real estate part of the mix as well.

THE CHALLENGE

Access to early-stage and alternative investments has always been hard, and in emerging markets it is even more challenging. Strong projects struggle to reach qualified investors, and investors struggle to find opportunities they can actually verify and trust. The two sides rarely meet in one place. When they do, the process tends to be scattered across separate systems: one for proving identity, another for moving money, a third for recording who owns what. Each has its own login, its own copy of the data, and its own gaps in between.

Innova set out to close that gap. The idea was simple to describe and hard to build: give entrepreneurs and companies one place to structure and present investment opportunities digitally, give investors a curated set of verifiable projects to choose from, and make the whole journey, from proving who you are to owning a piece of an asset, happen inside a single platform.

THE SOLUTION

Building this from scratch would have meant assembling several difficult systems and forcing them to work together: identity and compliance, payments, and the digital asset layer itself. Each is a hard problem on its own, and the seams between them are where most platforms leak.

Neuro, by Trust Anchor Group, provides fully managed digital-asset infrastructure: the identity, payment, tokenization and marketplace technology that companies use to issue, verify, monitor and trade digital assets. For Innova, that came together as four capabilities working as one.

The first is digital identity and KYC. Every participant, whether entrepreneur, company or investor, is verified before they transact, through Know Your Customer (KYC) checks built directly into the platform. That gives the marketplace a trusted starting point rather than an open door.

The second is account and identity management, so the platform can handle its participants and their permissions across the whole marketplace without stitching together separate user systems that fall out of sync.

The third is an integrated payment gateway, so money moves as part of the same flow as everything else. Committing to a listed opportunity and settling the payment happen as one continuous step in the same platform. Customers can pay via card, bank account, mobile and stablecoins.

The fourth is digital asset issuance and lifecycle management: the ability to define an asset, issue it as a token, and then track ownership and transactions across its entire life. This is what makes traceability real. It is recorded at the infrastructure level, not added on afterward.

In Neuro's own terms, Innova runs on the Access app for identity and KYC, Neuro Assets for tokenization and lifecycle management, and Neuro Exchange as the white-label marketplace itself, the storefront investors actually browse, with payments handled as an integrated part of the same platform.

Put together, this is why a gold bar and a coffee crop, which have almost nothing in common as physical things, can sit in the same catalogue, move through the same verification process, and give investors the same kind of clear ownership record. Running through nearly every listing is a single common thread: traceability and trust. Whatever the asset, an investor can follow it through a verifiable trail rather than taking anyone's word for it.

"Innova represents exactly the type of partner we built Neuro for, organizations that understand their market and want to deliver new financial infrastructure at scale," says Tommy Andorff, Group CEO at Neuro by Trust Anchor Group. "Our role is to provide the trust layer, identity, payments, and digital asset technology, so platforms like this can operate securely and expand globally.

THE RESULT

The result ties directly to why Innova exists. Entrepreneurs and company owners in Brazil need funding for real projects. Investors want returns. The marketplace connects the two, and it does so without requiring investors to become equity owners or to compete in the same liquid markets everyone else already has access to.

That distinction matters. The opportunities listed on Innova, from coffee harvests to gold to infrastructure are designed to deliver different types of returns than what investors would get from a more traditional marketplace. Returns are tied to real assets in markets that are otherwise difficult to reach. A tokenized stake in an export-grade coffee crop or a rare-earth mining operation is not competing with a stock index. It is offering exposure to something most investors would never have found, let alone been able to verify and invest in through a single platform.

By making these opportunities accessible, verifiable and traceable, Innova opens a door that used to require either deep local networks or large institutional backing. The infrastructure scales, which means new asset classes, new projects and over time new markets can be added on the same foundation without rebuilding.

If you are thinking about how tokenized assets, digital identity and payments could come together for your own platform, that is the conversation we most like having. Book a discovery call with Neuro and we will walk through what it would take to build and scale your own digital asset marketplace.
